No Sale / Purchase = No Fee
We charge a flat rate of 10.0 % of the total Sales or Purchase price as commission charge.
Escrow fee is a further 5.0 % or you can use a third party escrow process if you wish.
Terms & Conditions
Once a domain instruction has been recieved, the brokerage process is started. You may advertise your domain name for sale elsewhere (or look to buy your name elsewhere if you are a buyer) but if a buyer/seller has been found at the price you stipulated within the brokerage term then you will be entering a contract with the buyer/seller subject to payment. You will remove your third party interests whilst the domain name is in process. If the sale orpurchase falls free you are, of course, permitted to look elsewhere whilst we continue our services.
You agree that after a successful sale or purchase that meet your terms that you will pay the due commission within 7 days of the completed transaction. Commission payment can be by personal check, wire service or Paypal.
You agree to us using all our resources globally in finding you a buyer/seller and are able to represent you fully in the marketing of this domain name. We will always mention taht the name is being brokered but you will not be mentioned personally.
Once you have told us of your desired price/cost expectation we have full rights to commit you to fulfilling that price/cost. If you wish to amend the price/cost of a domain sale/purchase then you must do so by email immediately and we must send you an acknowledgement.
Any withdrawals of the domain name sale/purchase once an agreement with another party has been made and the transaction has been started we will forced to ask for the 7.5 % commission as reimbursement for the time and trouble of UrlsBroker and the other party who may have to be appeased to uphold the integrity of the service and the reputation of UrlsBroker.
You understand any fraudulant use of payment options, trying to sell a stolen domain name or any other form of misrepresentation will be fully documented and all the relevant Domain authorities, payment systems, registrars and localized Police forces will be notified.
Our services always remain at our discretion and we reserve the right to ignore those domain names or purchasing instructions we feel do not meet the criteria of our service such as an unrealistic expectation of price, quality of name or borders an issue of legality or morality.
