Please enter the lowest price you would be willing to sell the price at. Take into account the 7.5 % commission to be charged on a successful sale. Too high a price and if we feel it is unrealistic we will not undertake the brokerage process. We will always endeavour to get a hogher price as it works out better for yourselves and us. Also the wider a difference between the minimum price and desired price allows more room for our negotiating and can facilitate a quicker sale.
